Scope

This policy applies to soolra.com and other SOOLRA™ website pages operated by Passback Inc. Cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, software development kits and similar tools are referred to together as technologies.

Third party destinations, including Amazon, Apple, Instagram and YouTube, apply their own privacy and cookie practices when you visit them.

Essential technologies

Essential technologies support navigation, accessibility preferences, form integrity and the storage of your privacy choices. They are used because the site cannot reliably provide those functions without them.

• Privacy choices, consent date, policy version and regional mode.
• Accessibility settings such as reduced motion, larger text, higher contrast and underlined links.

Analytics

When analytics is permitted, the site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, page and section views, referral sources, outbound link interactions, device and approximate location information, and successful support-form submissions. The site also uses Vercel Speed Insights to understand aggregate performance and Core Web Vitals. We use this information to improve the website, support experience, speed, stability and marketing measurement.

In regions requiring prior consent, these analytics technologies remain off until you choose them. In other regions they may be enabled by default where permitted, and you can turn them off at any time. Google advertising storage, user-data signals and ad personalization remain controlled separately by the Advertising choice.

Advertising and Meta technologies

The site is prepared to support Meta Pixel and related campaign measurement technologies, but they are not activated unless Passback Inc. configures them. If activated, they may process browser and device information, identifiers, page activity and campaign interactions for measurement, attribution and audience services.

Where prior consent is required, advertising technologies remain off until you choose them. Global Privacy Control is treated as an instruction to disable advertising technologies for that browser. We do not intentionally send support form messages, passwords or payment card details to advertising providers.

Embedded media

Some pages may offer media hosted by another provider. Where consent is required, the third party player is not loaded until you allow embedded media or choose to open the content directly on that provider's service.

Current technology inventory

Passback Inc. reviews this inventory when the website adds or materially changes a provider.

• Passback Inc. local storage: soolra-cookie-consent, soolra-cookie-analytics, soolra-cookie-embedded-media, soolra-cookie-advertising, soolra-cookie-consent-date, soolra-cookie-policy-version and soolra-privacy-region-mode. Purpose: record this browser's privacy selections and applicable regional mode. Duration: until changed, cleared or renewed for a policy update.
• Passback Inc. local storage: soolra-pause-motion, soolra-large-text, soolra-high-contrast and soolra-underline-links. Purpose: remember optional accessibility settings. Duration: until changed or browser storage is cleared.
• Google Analytics 4: audience and interaction measurement. Status: active only when analytics is permitted. Google Analytics may set cookies beginning with _ga. The usual _ga duration is up to two years and property-specific _ga cookies may persist for up to two years, subject to browser, user and provider controls.
• Vercel Speed Insights: aggregate site-performance measurement. Status: active only when analytics is permitted. Provider-controlled retention and processing are described in Vercel's privacy information.
• Meta Pixel: campaign measurement and advertising. Status: not active unless Passback Inc. configures a Pixel ID and the applicable regional rule and browser choice permit it. The inventory and consent version must be updated before activation.

Regional consent model

For visitors detected in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or Switzerland, optional analytics, embedded media and advertising technologies are off until a positive choice is made. If the visitor's region cannot be determined, the site uses the same privacy protective default.

Elsewhere, optional analytics and configured advertising technologies may be enabled by default where law permits. The Privacy choices control remains available, and Global Privacy Control is honored for advertising and state law sale, sharing or targeted advertising opt outs.

Rejecting optional technologies is as easy as accepting them. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Your controls

Use Privacy choices in the footer or visit the Privacy Choices page to accept, reject or customize optional technologies. You can also clear site data in your browser. Clearing storage may reset both privacy and accessibility preferences.

Storage duration

Consent and preference records are stored in your browser until you clear them, change them or the site asks you to renew them following a material policy or technology change. Provider controlled technologies may have different lifetimes described in the provider's documentation.

Updates and contact
